The Community of Owners of Alcazaba Lagoon is managed by a Board of Directors. This Board has a President, a Vice-President and a number of committee members. These members are all owners who carry out these functions on a voluntary basis and are not paid for the time that they invest in managing and improving the Community.

Our Community is Administrated by a Chartered Community Administration company called COMUNIMAS, the Chartered Administrator is Joni Burnett, who, along with her team, manage our community and look after our general finances to ensure a smoth running of the complex.
